一般描述
乙腈（MeCN，ACN）是一种脂肪族腈，通常用作反应溶剂以及有机合成中的化学中间体。由于MeCN低粘度、高洗脱强度和在水中的混溶性，在许多色谱技术中它被用作流动相溶剂。
应用
乙腈可作为溶剂，用于：
- 固相多肽合成。
- 唾液酸化反应。
