一般描述

乙腈(MeCN,ACN)是一种脂肪族腈,通常用作反应溶剂以及有机合成中的化学中间体。由于MeCN低粘度、高洗脱强度和在水中的混溶性,在许多色谱技术中它被用作流动相溶剂。

应用

乙腈可作为溶剂,用于:      
  • 固相多肽合成。     
  • 唾液酸化反应。      
  • 用NaBH4还原硝酸铜盐合成铜纳米颗粒。在制备过程中,乙腈作为保护溶剂,防止纳米颗粒的氧化。      
  • 通过Cu催化芳基碘和二苯基二硒醚的偶联反应制备二芳基硒醚。在此过程中,ACN也作为铜催化剂的配体,以增加其催化活性。
