4-羟基他莫昔芬是一种抗雌激素剂,也是他莫昔芬的活性代谢产物之一,通过细胞色素P4502D6(CYP2D6)的羟基化反应形成。他莫昔芬主要用于乳腺癌的激素治疗。

应用

4-羟基他莫昔芬分析标准品可用于以下应用:
