一般描述

氯化钠又称石盐，是自然界最常见的矿物质之一。它是一种公认的电解质，可通过控制渗透压和水平衡，维持细胞完整性和体内平衡。由于具有抗菌特性，氯化钠在食品工业广泛用作食品添加剂和防腐剂。[1]还可将其加入实验室缓冲液，增加离子强度。[2]NaCl 也可用于 DNA 提取。钠和氯是生物机能中的主要电解质。

应用

氯化钠已用于：

配制PBS（磷酸盐缓冲盐水）溶液。[3][4][5]
气管软骨组织样品脱细胞前的预处理。[6]
作为细菌培养用胰蛋白酶大豆琼脂培养基的成分。[7]
配制裂解缓冲液。[5]

这种物质还可与碳酸氢钠配合使用，以调节体液酸碱平衡。
