  • 用于纯化人蛋白酶体调节颗粒（RP）的裂解缓冲液和IgG树脂洗涤和平衡缓冲液[2]
  • 用于从胎儿心脏中分离人心肌祖细胞（CMPC）的M缓冲液 [3]

二价阳离子的螯合剂。 对需要二价阳离子发挥活性的酶，比如金属蛋白酶具有抑制作用。
