一般描述

层粘连蛋白是从小鼠Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS)肉瘤的层粘连蛋白-巢蛋白复合物中分离得到的。层粘连蛋白是由α、β和γ 链亚基组成的异源三聚体。它是基底膜结构支架所需的糖蛋白。层粘连蛋白支持许多细胞类型的生长和分化,包括上皮细胞、内皮细胞、神经细胞、肌肉细胞和肝细胞。

生物活性:经测试可促进HT-1080细胞的贴壁。

应用
