Millistak+® HC Pro Pod深层过滤器（高载量合成介质）是合成材质的深层过滤器， 提供更洁净、更均一的深层过滤介质，超越目前的 硅藻土(DE)和纤维素(CE)滤器。该装置为 工艺规模Pod，采用X0SP级介质，支持 二级澄清和下游过滤。

应用

初级澄清后的次级澄清，或作为初级澄清深层过滤器。

  • 不含干扰细菌内毒素检测(LAL)结果的β葡聚糖

  • HCP杂质去除能力更高


即用型Pod装置
  • 灵活的模块化，使该产品处理量可由5L扩展至12000L或更高

产品规格

纯水冲洗（50 L/m2表面积）并在纯水中静态浸泡24小时后，检测痕量金属。 采用三批不同的uPod装置，得到可析出金属的平均值。分析采用ICP-MS法。 不可高压锅蒸汽灭菌。
过滤器级别：X0SP

制备说明

灭菌
123 ºC×60 min，高压锅蒸汽灭菌1次后仍可保持完整性。高压锅蒸汽灭菌后可能会影响过滤性能。推荐仅在使用后灭菌。

分析说明

产品的水电导率(25°C)：50 L/m2（5升每ft2）介质表面积(300 LMH, 10 min)纯水冲洗后测定。冲洗后，取样检测电导率。装置不可高压锅蒸汽灭菌。
