Luminex® xMAP®平台使用磁珠免疫分析格式，以实现理想的速度和灵敏度，同时定量多种分析物，从而显著提高生产力，同时节省宝贵的样本量。

  • 推荐样品类型：人血清、血浆、细胞/组织培养上清液和裂解物
  • 推荐的样品稀释度：每孔25μ L 1:40,000稀释的血清或血浆；组织/细胞培养样品可能需要在适当的对照培养基中稀释
  • 注：在血清中无法检测到纤维蛋白原
  • 分析运行时间：在2-8℃下过夜（16-18小时）或在室温（20-25 ℃）下2小时。
