应用

从3mM Tris(pH 8.0)冻干。

储存及稳定性

冻干粉末尽管在室温下稳定,但最好在 -20°C 下干燥保存。用无菌蒸馏水稀释至 0.1-1 mg/mL。注意:使用前,让重悬后的小瓶在室温下放置 2 小时。可以将该溶液稀释到其他缓冲溶液中,并在 4°C 下保存 1 周或 -20°C 备用。重悬的 TNF-α 应该以未稀释的等分试样储存于 -20°C,最多保存六个月。
