1.将总表面积(cm2)乘以目标HFN 浓度(μg/mL),确定覆盖培养皿所需的 HFN 量。建议用量为 2-10 μg/cm2.。
2.采用可涂覆整个培养皿的最少量的无菌平衡盐溶液(无血清和蛋白),润湿每个培养皿的表面。
3.如果需要,通入合适的CO2气氛。
4.将计算出的 HFN 量添加到每个培养皿中。
5.让 HFN 吸附到容器表面 5-20 分钟。
6.在进行标准细胞培养程序之前,去除残留的平衡盐溶液
在生产过程中,产品使用 0.1 微米过滤器进行过滤。建议在使用前/重悬后再次过滤产品。
