Application
涂布多孔皿的步骤
1.如下表所示，将适量的 0.1％ 明胶在无菌水中添加到平板的每个孔中：
2.在室温下，盖上培养皿盖，将明胶溶液在孔中静置至少 30 分钟。
3.除去明胶溶液并丢弃。
4.立即将细胞加入培养皿中。
注意：添加细胞之前，请勿使培养皿干燥。
