General description

经验证,该抗II型胶原(Ab-1)小鼠mAb(II-4C11)可用于冰冻切片检测II型胶原(Ab-1)。
通过用指定的免疫原免疫BALB/c小鼠并将脾细胞与P3-X-63-Ag8-LUI小鼠骨髓瘤融合而产生的纯化的小鼠单克隆抗体。可识别约130 kDa的II型胶原蛋白。
