Application

人类V型胶原蛋白已用于荧光偏振(FP)分析和表面等离子共振(SPR)技术研究高内皮细胞微静脉蛋白(high endothelial venule protein, hevin)和人V型胶原的相互作用。还用于孵育96孔板,用于测定基质和成纤维细胞裂解物中的蛋白水平。

Biochem/physiol Actions

V型胶原可调节角膜和皮肤真皮中的胶原纤维形成。与基质胶原和结构蛋白相互作用,共同维持组织的结构完整性。V型胶原水平偏低会导致角膜透明度的丧失和Ehlers-Danlos综合征(皮肤弹性过度综合征)。

General description

V型胶原是纤维型胶原蛋白,存在于肺、骨、胎膜中,与I型胶原共分布。位于细胞外基质,含量偏低。

分子组成:α1(V)]2 α2(V),天然三螺旋。通过SDS-PAGE,ORD测量以及与抗胶原类型特异性单克隆抗体的反应来监测天然螺旋结构的纯度和保留。产品来源:人胎盘,HBsAg和HIV抗体阴性

Physical form
