General description

瞬时受体电位A1(又称瞬时受体电位锚蛋白1)是疼痛通路初级感觉神经上的兴奋性离子通道。它由人类中的TRPA1/ANKTM1基因编码(大鼠&小鼠中的Trpa1/Anktm1),在与组织损伤,炎症和神经损伤相关的疼痛中起关键作用。据报告,TRPA1在大鼠背根神经节(DRG)神经元中与PAR2共定位并与TRPV1(瞬时受体电位香草酸1)共表达。激动剂诱导的TRPA1电流显示PAR2通过促炎性胰蛋白酶&类胰蛋白酶(PMID 17571167)裂解/激活后增强。据报告,TRPA1激活反过来以钙和PKA依赖性方式导致TRPV1磷酸化和活性增强(PMID 24275229)。
观察值〜130 kDa。某些裂解液可能会出现未表征的条带。
