对照抗原:该抗体免费包含120 μg融合蛋白(35 kD)。可以使用100 μL PBS配制抗原的贮备液。对于阴性对照,将3 μg融合蛋白与1 μg抗体在室温下预培养1小时。对于阳性对照,每个泳道使用20 ng融合蛋白。最佳浓度必须由最终用户确定。
