Application
IFA（与荧光素抗兔IgG偶联物）-在冷冻小鼠组织（皮肤、肝脏等）上以≥1:80稀释。
IHC（石蜡）-在固定、石蜡包埋的小鼠组织（皮肤、肝脏等）上以≥1:500稀释使用。（使用Envision/Dako试剂盒的免疫过氧化物酶技术）；
ELISA-以≥1:200稀释使用（OD ≥ 500）。
最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
