Application

使用经验证可用于ELISA、IH、IP & WB的抗多巴胺转运蛋白抗体检测多巴胺转运蛋白。
蛋白质印迹:1-10 μg/mL,使用ECL。已显示针对类似肽产生的抗体与大鼠纹状体中的75-80 kDa宽条带反应(Hastrup et al., 2001),而与小脑不反应。大鼠DAT包含各种碳水化合物部分,神经氨酸酶和N-聚糖酶处理将其分子量降低至约55 kDa。

免疫沉淀:2-10 μg抗体(Chang et al., 2001)

免疫组织化学:1:250-1:500,在用4%多聚甲醛固定的组织冷冻切片上(Chang et al., 2001; Ourednik, et al., 2002)。 已经发现0.05%胰蛋白酶10-15分钟可有效暴露某些制剂中的表位。

Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

80 kDa

Immunogen
