应用

免疫组化:1:500-1:750,在4%多聚甲醛固定或4%多聚甲醛和0.2%戊二醛固定的组织上。建议用含10%正常山羊血清和0.5%Triton X-100的PBS稀释抗体。AB1570已用于大鼠视网膜、皮层和海马的光学和电子显微镜研究。

注意:不建议将AB1570用于蛋白质印迹。参见AB1570W。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
