一般描述
Assurance® GDS （遗传检测系统）是一个自动核酸扩增系统，用于检测食品、配料和环境样品中的病原微生物。Rotor-Gene® Q独特的离心旋转设计使其成为目前最精确和通用的热循环器。每个管在一个移动空气室中旋转，使所有样品在快速热循环期间保持完全相同的温度，从而实现均匀检测。当每个管对准检测光学器件，样品被照明，荧光信号从单个短光学途径迅速收集。这种热和光学的均匀性带来了灵敏、精确和快速的PCR分析。它还消除了样本间的变化和边缘效应。这些效应在基于块体的传统仪器中是不可避免的，因为整个块体存在温度梯度和多个复杂的光学路径。
