General description
一种阳离子、荧光、碳菁染料,可用作细胞、组织和分离的线粒体中线粒体电位ΔΨm的比率计指示剂。它用高膜电位橙色标记线粒体,用低膜电位绿色标记线粒体。线粒体去极化由红色/绿色荧光强度比的降低指示。非常适合检测由线粒体呼吸解偶联剂诱导的ΔΨm衰竭。电位敏感的色移是由于红色荧光J聚集体的浓度依赖性形成。JC-1还已用于多药耐药细胞的功能测定和凋亡相关的线粒体修饰。
