一般描述
牛血清白蛋白（BSA、组分V、不含脂肪酸）适用于免疫诊断分析。它设计用于血清学检测、放射免疫测定和激素反应研究。它也适用于结合和运输研究。BSA采用冷乙醇提取法（Cohn法）制备。pH值：6.8-7.4。
牛血清白蛋白（BSA）是一种非糖基化球状α-螺旋蛋白，属于血清白蛋白家族。它由三个结构域组成，每个结构域有两个子结构域，并且具有17个二硫键。
应用
牛血清白蛋白（组分V、不含脂肪酸）已用作：
- 一种组分以用于各种细胞免疫电子显微镜（IEM）的阻断缓冲液
- 线粒体隔离缓冲液（MIB）和线粒体测定液（MAS），以捕获脂肪组织均质化过程中释放的游离脂肪酸

生化/生理作用
