一般描述

牛血清白蛋白(BSA、组分V、不含脂肪酸)适用于免疫诊断分析。它设计用于血清学检测、放射免疫测定和激素反应研究。它也适用于结合和运输研究。BSA采用冷乙醇提取法(Cohn法)制备。pH值:6.8-7.4。
牛血清白蛋白(BSA)是一种非糖基化球状α-螺旋蛋白,属于血清白蛋白家族。它由三个结构域组成,每个结构域有两个子结构域,并且具有17个二硫键。

应用

牛血清白蛋白(组分V、不含脂肪酸)已用作:
  • 一种组分以用于各种细胞免疫电子显微镜(IEM)的阻断缓冲液
  • 线粒体隔离缓冲液(MIB)和线粒体测定液(MAS),以捕获脂肪组织均质化过程中释放的游离脂肪酸

生化/生理作用
