General description
150/170 kDa（双峰）
血小板源生长因子受体（PDGF 受体）是 170-185 kDa 的跨膜糖蛋白，在与配体结合后会发生同源或异源二聚化，形成 α 和 β 亚基的复合物，具体取决于结合的 PDGF 的同种型（PDGF AA、BB 或 AB） 。现在激活的受体中酪氨酸残基的磷酸化可以控制多种信号转导事件，例如肌动蛋白重组、转录、细胞生长、迁移和分化、还可以激活 Ras、Raf 和 ERK 1 和 2 信号通路。
