应用

聚乙烯亚胺可用作非病毒合成聚合物载体,用于治疗性核酸的体内输送。 带负电荷的核酸和带正电荷的聚合物主链之间的相互作用导致纳米络合物的形成。这种中性络合物保护被包裹的核酸免于遭受酶的作用,并维持其稳定性直至发生细胞摄取。例如,与人血清白蛋白结合的PEI 具有良好的pDNA 转染性能和低毒性。
