台盼蓝（C.l.23850）是一种大的四磺化阴离子亲水染料。它也被称为二胺蓝 3B。

Application

台盼蓝已被用作台盼蓝排斥试验/细胞活力试验中的染料，以检测死细胞。

Biochem/physiol Actions

台盼蓝被大多数活细胞阻挡，但可被带入吞噬细胞和某些其他细胞。

该染料可根据′细胞吸收或排除染料的能力来区分死细胞和活细胞。活细胞应具有完整的细胞膜，因此将这种染料排除在外，并且细胞质是透明的。另一方面，没有活力的细胞显示出蓝色的细胞质。
台盼蓝通常用于各种细胞类型的活性测试，包括冷冻精子和接触杀真菌药物的主动脉肌细胞等。它也在Van Gieson手术中用作胶原蛋白染色。对于淀粉样蛋白染色，台盼蓝被认为是Puchtler-Bennhold染色中刚果红的蓝色替代品。 它适用于细胞活力测定：
  • 通过用 0.2% 台盼蓝溶液染色来确定活细胞和坏死细胞的数量。
  • 对植物组织进行染色以观察细胞死亡。
