一般描述
正丁基锂(n-BuLi)是有机锂试剂,在无机合成中广泛用作强碱(超强碱),用于各种化学中间体的制备。也作为试剂,用于锂卤交换反应和锂-金属的金属交换反应。正丁基锂可锂化碳酸类化合物(carbon acids)。
应用

- 作为试剂与苯甲醛类和二(1H-吡咯-1-yl)四氯化锆反应合成2-苯甲酰基吡咯。
