Description
Analysis Note
Aflatoxins are a complex of closely related toxins produced as secondary metablolites of fungi. They are found in grains and nuts such as corn, wheat, or peanuts. They are produced by aspergillus flavus and a. Parasiticus. Members of the group include aflatoxin b1, aflatoxin b2, aflatoxin g1, aflatoxin g2, aflatoxin m1, and aflatoxin m2.
