Features and Benefits

Features:
  • Multiplex detection of 7 kidney injury biomarkers in one assay
  • Magnetic bead-based format for efficient and reproducible processing
  • Compatible with urine samples
  • High sensitivity for early detection of renal damage
Benefits:
  • Conserves sample volume and reagents through multiplexing
  • Improves data quality and reproducibility with magnetic bead format
  • Enables early detection and monitoring of kidney injury

General description

KIM-1, Clusterin, and GSTα are sensitive indicators of tubular injury and cellular stress. IP-10/CXCL10 and TIMP-1 reflect renal inflammation and tissue remodeling. OPN and VEGF-A are involved in fibrosis and vascular responses. Together, these biomarkers offer a comprehensive view of kidney toxicity and repair mechanisms in rat models.
