How "Invite a Coworker" Works

Gone are the days of lengthy registration forms and tedious approval processes. With "Invite a Coworker," an existing user can invite a colleague with just a couple of clicks. Here's how it works:

  • Initiate Invitation: A logged-in user opens the user menu and selects “Invite a Coworker” (Image “Step 1”).
  • Invitation Sent: The user sends an invitation to a coworker directly from their profile (Image “Step 2”).
  • Quick Setup & Onboarding: The invited coworker receives an email with a link/button to accept the invitation (Image “Step 3”), then only needs to fill in their personal details and choose a password (Image “Step 4”).
  • Immediate Access: Upon completing these simple steps, the coworker's profile is automatically created with the same or limited rights as determined by the inviter.

Step 1

The user has to fill only a few fields and then sends an invitation to a coworker directly from their profile.

Step 2

The invited coworker receives an email with a button and an alternative link to accept the invitation.

Step 3

The invited co-worker is guided to a form and only needs to fill in their personal details and choose a password.
