一般描述

  • 推荐的样品类型:人血清、血浆和细胞/组织培养上清液或裂解液
  • 注释:大量的BDNF储存在循环的血小板中,随后在血小板活化后释放。因此,贫血小板血浆对于确保BDNF循环水平的准确测量至关重要。
  • 推荐的样品稀释度:每孔25 μL 1:2稀释的血清或血浆。细胞/组织培养样品可以在未稀释或适当稀释的对照培养基中运行。
  • 分析运行时间:在2-8℃下过夜(16-18小时)或在室温(20-25℃)下2小时。
