Figure 1.Actual Titer Measurements of MISSION® Lentiviral Particles. This graph presents a representative sample of individual MISSION® lentiviral particle preparations titered by our QC team. Viral particles are prepared in 96-well format using state-of-the-art robotics and are titered using the p24 assay. We recommend a minimum QC specification for a single preparation at 1 x 106 TU/ml.
