一般描述
碳酸氢钠(NaHCo3)是实验室常用的碱性缓冲剂(5)。加入细胞培养基后,配合培养箱中的二氧化碳共同维持适宜的pH。除了缓冲作用,碳酸氢钠还能作为钠源,在发酵时用于合成葡糖酸钠。
