一般描述
GenElute 质粒中量制备试剂盒可以简单、快速、低成本的从重组 大肠杆菌培养物中的分离质粒DNA。该试剂盒结合了硅胶结合技术和真空形式的便利性，可在45分钟内从20-40mL的Luria Broth (LB)培养基中回收出多达300 μg的质粒DNA。请注意，实际得率和最佳的培养物体积取决于质粒和培养基。

应用
