该底物吸湿且光敏感
重悬
一片OPD片剂和一片尿素过氧化氢/缓冲液片剂，溶解在20ml水中，提供20ml即用底物。 如果按照该方法溶解片剂，得到的终浓度是0.4 mg/ml OPD, 0.4 mg/ml尿素过氧化氢和0.05 M磷酸柠檬酸盐，pH5.0。片剂是独立铝膜包装。
将每组片剂溶解在20mL去离子水中，就能生成即用型含有OPD和尿素过氧化氢缓冲溶液。
