二硫苏糖醇 (DTT) 是一种存在于蛋白质和氨基酸半胱氨酸中的二硫键 (SH) 还原剂。它可形成六膜环并引发硫醇-二硫键交换,从而还原二硫键。它的还原能力几乎是βME的 7 倍,因此在较低浓度下也能发挥作用。
