High-resolution metabolomic LC-MS methods detect thousands of features, many of which cannot be characterized due to lack of standards. This webinar will discuss a new solution, The MSMLS™ (Mass Spectrometry Metabolite Library of Standards) kit, that supports the generation of a metabolomics library, helps identify compounds in biological samples, optimizes mass spectrometry analytical protocols, and qualifies and quantifies mass spectrometry sensitivity and limit of detection.
What you will learn:
- Why metabolomics standards are important
- Best practices on how to create custom metabolomics libraries
- An introduction to MSMLS and how it is used
- Analysis of data files and post-processing of library entries using ClusterFinder
- How to compile and download libraries
